This year's GameNet exhibition, which opened today, has got off to a promising start.

Although a small show, it has a strong focus on children’s products, reflecting the country’s many children’s arcades and centres.

Products from major manufacturers including Sega, Global VR and TAB Austria are on show, as well as plenty of products from domestic companies.

Commenting on the Greek market, Photo Play’s distributor Nikos Serdaris said: "Companies are investing in the market, but there is still a lot of uncertainty and people are not sure what to do."

"The government is currently looking to change to law, as it has in the past been very strict. We hope they will introduce something which is more fair and in line with other European countries."
