Game Payment Technology, the joint venture between the UK’s amusement and gaming machine industry trade association, Bacta, and payment specialist Polar Moment, showed off its latest integration at the EAG show at Excel in London, UK, this week.

The payment app is now fully integrated with NSM Music jukeboxes, meaning that players can use the credit in their app to choose a song, rather than using another payment method.
Raj Mistry, customer satisfaction manager at Game Payment Technology, told InterGame: “We offer Game Payment as another method of payment on the NSM jukebox app.
“A player can go to an NSM jukebox, pick the music they want and rather than pay via debit card or PayPal, they can use the Game Payment Wallet. We’re just another form of payment.”
The company also showed off its latest development, the contactless pool table.
The mechanism is battery operated, needing no mains power and allows players to pay with contactless technology for their game of pool.
Mistry added that the show had been a busy one for the company. He said: “The start of EAG was very busy, usually we see the footfall coming in from 11am-3pm and that’s when business time is, then everyone goes to the pub!
“The show is very important because we show that we can support operators on the latest tech, especially on the cashless side of things.”
