A new TITO version of FutureLogic’s Ticket2Go ticket payout solution for AWPs is now being trialled by leading adult gaming centre operator Praesepe.

Initially launched as a cash-in, ticket-out product, Ticket2Go was first targeted at the UK pub market. However, despite strong results from on-site trials, operators have been unwilling to invest for such a low machine density, Anette Jauch explained.
Speaking to InterGame at EAG International in London this week, where the company presented the new TITO solution, she revealed that trials are under way at two Praesepe sites with a third to follow. AGC operator Talaris is set to be the next to test the solution.
It became “pretty clear, pretty quickly” that these types of locations were keen to introduce a TITO system, Jauch said.
One of its key features, she said, is that in the event of a break in a location’s network, the system reverts back to CITO. This ensures that the system is always up and running, as well as secure.
FutureLogic has developed a side box for existing AWPs to enable operators to migrate to Ticket2Go and the company is now working with machine manufacturers to integrate its technology into future designs.
