Next January's European Amusement and Gaming Expo, presented by trade association BACTA at the ExCel exhibition centre in London, is already attracting the attention of non-UK companies.
The organisers report a strong interest from overseas and many of the inquiries have already turned into confirmed bookings.
“Following the opening of the show to bookings,” said a spokesperson, “we immediately had the major exhibitors from 2010 confirming their spaces in the newly-expanded hall with a redesigned floor plan. This week we have had a further flow of bookings, notably from UK companies, Cash Handling, SB Machines and Lotelle, but also from outside of the country. Billares Sam from Spain has booked, together with Paokai from Taiwan and VdW from Belgium.”
It is expected that the success of EAG in 2010 will result in more bookings earlier than expected as companies compete for the best positions on the show floor.
