US simulator business Five Iron Golf has expanded, launching its first Indian location.
Located in the Grand Venice Mall, Dehli, it will offer a number of custom-built simulators using the TrackMan technology, which offers players instant video analysis and virtual rounds of over 100 of the world’s greatest golf courses.
It joins a range of other attractions at the mall, which was recently voted Best Entertainment Destination – Shopping Mall by Today’s Traveller.
It will be run in partnership with Hoche Partners Golf Studio Private Limited and its partner, Gregg Hayden, said: “We see the growing popularity of golf reaching the masses in places like India, where the general population has little or no access to golf courses or golf as a recreational activity.
“Five Iron Golf India will change this by providing a fun, social setting in which to play golf indoors, while enjoying food and drinks with family, dates, co-workers, friends, and/or your friendly competitor."
