A major family entertainment centre, dedicated kids’ zone, swimming pools, health club and gym, walkways and nurseries are all to be included in a new US$810m project for the United Arab Emirate of Sharjah.
Developer Alef Group is building the Al Mamsha project, the emirate’s first fully walkable community. The mixed-use project has modern living, retail and leisure connected by sidewalks and walkways over three million square feet.
Housing is a big feature of the development. The focal point will be The Khan, a food and beverage hub that will also contain a live event platform for music concerts, an art gallery, a weekend market and other attractions.
