The organisers behind the IMA exhibition held in Dusseldorf, Germany, in January, have launched a new \'Customer First\' service campaign along with a new website allowing customers to access and book information and services 24 hours a day.
From stand proposals through to all-inclusive booking of the journey and hotel accomodation, the service will also provide online ticketing and breaking news.
Even greater prominence will be attached to information and service on IMA\‘s new website. The exhibitor database provides detailed information on companies and contacts and transport and hotels can be booked via the Travel Centre.
As well as all of this, numerous tips are given on evenings in Dusseldorf - split into food and drink, fashion and shopping, arts and culture and architecture and design.
