The SEA Expo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this week was described as "excellent" by distributor Prakash Vivekanand, whose ASI took a large stand at the event.

“All the key players were there and the products that we had on display were played constantly for the whole of the three days," he said.

“The Storm from Triotech, Jet Blaster from Sega, V2 VR Cabinet from VRsenal and Swing & Smash from Komuse were exceptional.”

Vivekanand said that there were some negatives to the show, notably the high number of members of the public attending that had no connection to the industry. “It made it difficult for us to demonstrate our games to key customers," he added. "Also the visitor badge design was not helpful in the sense that it made it difficult for us to identify who we were talking to.

“I know that the excellent organisation behind the show, DMG Events, is taking note of these points to improve things for next year. We will be back at SEA for sure.”
