Excel Leisure, the UK-based pool table manufacturer, has joined forces with Garlando of Italy to form a new division dedicated to distributing Garlando's complete range of football tables and other coin-operated tabletop games to the UK market.
A spokesperson for both companies said: “We have worked together for a number of years with coin-operated products, and so it is a natural progression to include the domestic tables in the sales package.
“The joint venture will see Garlando and Excel working closely to promote and market the new products with a view to increase the current market share.”
The new division, which will trade as Garlando UK, will have its world premiere at the 2007 ATEI exhibition at Earls Court, London, January 23-25.
