TECHNOLOGY is changing the world we live in, and at a more rapid rate than ever - from artificial intelligence to digital cities, to now-widely available AR and VR entertainment. Suffice to say, the amusements industry has not been excluded from this process.

FECs the world over have been embracing the latest technological innovations to raise the bar when it comes to customer experience, with ventures now opting to add a range of features to keep customers happy. Classic arcades, for example, are adopting VR gaming units and other quirky media within their range of attractions. The operator of today understands that there are new tools to work with when looking to satisfy the customer, and that tastes are changing when it comes to what customers want.
