“The new Assistant is a mobile app that allows you to see what’s going on in your game room in real time, from anywhere,” said Hudson.

“It shows at a glance, games that are on or offline and allows the operator to change that reader status. Additionaly, push notifications alert you if a reader hasn’t communicated with a server for a period of time the same if a game hasn’t been credited for a while as well as changes in the online status of kiosks.”

“You can even check card balances for customers though your smartphone. It’s about increasing efficiency and productivity for the operator, not having to go back and forth to a terminal or PC to get essential information,” he said.

Also new is the ability add and review log comments via the app and the reader which now includes an option to select a reason if a machine is placed offline which then appears in the log for others to see.

Bookings is another new app which allows guests to book parties online, 24/7 with real time availability, “It’s really simple and easy to use and it directly integrates with sales terminals. It also includes a barcode sent to a customer upon booking which when read on site, provides the operator all the booking details. It’s a seamless system for out of store to in. It’s very flexible, it allows the sale of add-ons like birthday cakes,” he added.
