Embed has installed its Redemption Pro Management systems at a number of new locations across Europe - Faro Games of Italy, Gammelholm Games of Denmark and Oasis Retail Services of Ireland - which have all installed the system to manage their in-store redemption operations.
Faro Games was the first company in Europe to start using Embed’s Redemption Pro product and after successful trials the system has so far been rolled out to 11 different entertainment centre locations across Italy.
Initial systems have also just been installed into a new redemption operation for Gammelholm Games in Denmark and most recently for Oasis Retail Services for its Joyland amusement arcade in Ireland.
The Redemption Pro management system features full prize inventory control and management together with comprehensive management of customer redemption transactions. It also features customer ticket banking and loyalty features and management and monitoring of game payouts for both ticket and direct vend prize games.
