Games manufacturer Elaut has reminded third parties of its intellectual property for pusher games.

Elaut holds several patents, trademarks and copyrights to safeguard its technologies and says it is committed to protecting its intellectual property.
With a recent increase in the availability of different pusher games, Elaut has reminded the industry of its closed-loop pusher games patent in the EU (3021298), US (9754456) and GCC countries (201631302).
Elaut stresses that any third party is prohibited from manufacturing, offering, marketing, using or importing any fully closed-loop pusher (whether using balls, coins or otherwise) with several different-sized pieces on the playfield (small and large balls, coins and RFID tokens), in the EU, US, or GCC countries.
