The EAG Expo dates for 2014 will remain two weeks prior to the ICE Totally Gaming opening. After the success of last week’s show, concerns from the industry that the two events need to come together, either in the same week or preferably the same week and venue, have disappeared.
The success of EAG was palpable to those who braved ExCeL’s snow and ice, and the many feedback comments emerging this week on social networks reflect the overall feeling of satisfaction felt by exhibitors and visitors.
What was particularly pleasing for the organisers was the false prediction that many overseas visitors would not come to London this year for both EAG and ICE. The show was notable for the number of non-UK visitors.
EAG will open first next year, January 21-23, with a week to recover for those attending both shows, before ICE opens on February 4 for a three-day run.
Both shows will again be at ExCeL in London’s Docklands.
