For the fourth year in a row, independent spares, service and after-sales support company E-Service will be increasing its stand space at EAG International 2013, taking place from January 22-24 at ExCel, London.

Established in 2004, E-service was formed to serve the amusement, gaming and vending sectors. Since its inception it has grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent spares, service and after-sales support companies.

Managing director Mike Clokie described the company’s business philosophy as “very simple.”

“Our mission is to provide the finest quality service along with replacement parts accurately, efficiently and reliably all at a competitive price,” he said. “In addition to supplying dedicated spares and consumables, we also source our own parts from quality suppliers.”

The market has responded well to the efforts of Clokie and his team, with the company winning the exclusive support contract for Shuffle Master, in addition to exclusively carrying out after sales and support for Games Warehouse and Barcrest. E-Service is also the spares and support provider to distributor AMG Leisure.

EAG, said Clokie, is an enjoyable show that has secured new business E-Service in previous years.

“We now have offices in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia, so EAG International’s European perspective sits well with us. The show’s timing is also good, enabling us to engage with new and existing customers prior to the start of the new year.”
