In a market badly depressed in 2009 E-Service is one of the few companies which expanded.
The service, spares and support business for all forms of gaming and amusement has been appointed a service centre for JCM bill validators in the UK. The company also handles Azkoyen’s hoppers and validators.
The essence of E-Service is its ability to fix machines or supply components for them in double-quick time, and in some European countries offer a pick-up and drop-off service.
SETEC power suppliers and a number of LCD TFT displays have also been added to the range of equipment offered by the company, bringing the total number of different hardware brands and models catered for to 150.
Pool cloths, redemption tickets, TITO tickets and touchscreen products are all handled by E-Service and the latest addition is a 42ins LCD replacement kit to retrofit 50ins rear-projection games operating from CGA to VGA.
