The dates for the big DEAL show in Dubai next year had not been announced by the end of the first day of this year’s show yesterday.
DEAL 2019, however, will probably head back to late March, according to popular speculation on the show floor. This year the show clashed with the Easter holidays, which the organiser feels may not be totally popular with some of the European exhibitors and visitors.
The show dates may therefore be finalised as the third week of March, but IEC (show organiser) general manager Sherif Rahiman said that he hoped to confirm this by the end of this week.
The DEAL show 2018 broke all the records in terms of number of exhibitors, the space they occupied and the number of visitors.
