Dave & Buster’s is launching two reimagined US venues that feature its latest technology and games.

The Arena

Venues in Thousand Oaks, California, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, are both set to reopen to guests on January 31.

Both locations now feature The Arena, a new competitive socialisation concept from Game Volt, which is a 360-degree immersive gaming experience that features digital walls and floors.

Also on offer is D&B’s new Private Game Suites, which allow groups to book out their own dedicated space where they can play either AR darts or high-tech shuffleboard. The rooms feature a TV, and guests can order F&B directly to the suite, meaning the gaming never has to stop.

D&B’s iconic midway still remains, offering over 120 games, VR experiences and prizes at both venues.

The first 100 people in line at both locations will receive free games for a year, as well as specials on F&B.

Speaking on the opening of the Thousand Oaks location, general manager Nicholas Wilson said: “We are thrilled to open the all-new Dave & Buster's Thousand Oaks as a premier entertainment destination. Be sure to come out for our Grand Opening and see this incredible transformation – from our giant 40ft Wow Wall, to the immersive gaming environment and all-new High-Tech Darts & Digital Shuffleboard, it's the ultimate experience and we can't wait to see you!”
