Immersive experience developer Conductr has been named as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies.

It has been named fifth on the fastest-growing founder-led list as part of the 2025 FEBE Growth 100.
The company was founded in 2022 by Peter Cliff and Jos van der Steen and, together with its sister company Game Volt, has created products such as The Arena, which has been picked up by US FEC Dave & Buster’s, and Supercharged Shuffle, a tech-enhanced version of the traditional shuffleboard game.
In its last financial year, it saw £25.4m in sales and it now employs 77 full-time staff.
Cliff commented: “This isn’t just a win for Conductr – it’s a win for the north. It shows what’s possible when you back talent, think ambitiously and build with intent. Manchester’s creative tech scene has huge potential, and we’re proud to be part of what’s pushing it forward.”
Van der Steen added: “Our growth proves you don’t need to be based in London to build something with scale and impact. From our base in Manchester, we’ve focused on doing things properly - designing and delivering every part of the experience in-house and building a team that knows how to move fast without cutting corners. That’s what’s driven the results - not location, but the way we work.”
