Coast to Coast Entertainment won Innovator of the Year for its Stage 1 crane controller board at the Amusement Expo last week.

Featuring the patent pending AutoClaw function that enables the crane to automatically adjust itself with no dials, pots, dip switches or settings to adjust, it takes the guesswork out of setting up cranes.

The Stage 1 crane controller uses a state-of-the-art LCD display used to set up and configure Coast to Coast and New Betson Big Choice crane machines. It also allows operators to set the price to play from US$0.25 to $10, adjustable win ratios, prize values ranging from $1 to $2,500, detailed diagnostic tests built in and custom music, which is easily changeable through a removable SD card.

It also uses wi-fi to connect the crane machines to an operator’s Smartphone (Blackberry, iPhone and Windows-based phones), while Coast to Coast’s Smartphone App allows connection to the Stage 1 remotely, meaning operators can check game counters, run diagnostics, adjust attract sound volume and more.

Representing Coast to Coast, Chris Cotty told InterGame the company had experienced a great show and they had talked to a lot of operators who seemed more positive about the industry.
