Cleanbox has partnered with Viability, a VR training programme in Springfield, Massachusetts, US, whose mission is to improve access to employment for people with disabilities through the use of VR training.

"The potential for virtual reality to reach underserved populations in this way is profound, and the opportunity for Cleanbox to participate is an honour," the company said.

Cleanbox has also appointed two new members to its team: Patrick Spiller as senior project manager and Josh Edwards as head of sales. Spiller began his career in the British Army, before taking up positions with Coca-Cola and Asurion. Edwards' most recent role came at SiteHawk, an environmental health and safety software start-up.
