Tenpin bowling supplier Brunswick has announced the global launch of its Sync Prima operating software.

A variety of new features are contained within the software that will help drive revenues and streamline operations. Sync Prima is now available with Crown Advantage, the all-inclusive centre operating subscription. It delivers Sync software updates, a cloud-based automated marketing platform, the OpenLane mobile app and Brunswick technical support.
The Sync, says the company, will ensure that centres have access to best-in-class resources that will drive revenue, control costs and increase customer satisfaction from month-to-month, all year around.
“The need for safe social interaction and responsible operations continues to accelerate the adoption of mobile technology and other self-serve options,” said Scott Meier, the company’s global product manager, scoring and cloud.
“Sync is ahead of the curve with existing features such as the OpenLane app and new features such as OrderNow and online ordering.”
Sync Prima builds on the transformative effect of Sync Invicta and provides an array of new features designed to help centres improve profitability while connecting with customers in a personalized, more relevant way, said the company.
It introduces OrderNow lane-side on-demand food and beverage ordering from the Sync scoring tables and FloorPlan, a customized restaurant and centre layout for best-in-class management and service; Pay-By-Bowler, a flexible and simple solution to sell bowling by the person; an enhanced Intercard interface to support cashless operations; and much more.
