It is expected the UK government will today outline a return to the three-tier system for England for when the lockdown ends on December 2.
Hospitality outlets, bars and pubs, and arcades and FECs in England are expected to be allowed to reopen although there will remain a curfew on pubs, making them close at 10pm.
An announcement in Northern Ireland, however, will keep venues closed for two weeks beginning Friday of this week, as the country tries a "circuit breaker" move to beat the virus. The locations will be permitted to reopen on December 11.
