Bowlero, one of the biggest bowling operators in the world, is set to rebrand as Lucky Strike Entertainment.

The change will take place on December 12, with the company saying the change “reflects the company’s evolution and commitment to offering a broader range of entertainment experiences.”
Bowlero acquired the Lucky Strike brand for US$90m in September 2023, buying out the company’s 14 US venues.
The rebrand was led by Kingsland, a New York-based branding agency and will see 75 Bowlero centres transformed into Lucky Strike locations over the next two years. The company will begin in high-profile markets, such as its locations in Manhattan, New York, Beverly Hills, California, and Washington DC.
Thomas Shannon, founder, chairman and CEO of Bowlero, said: “As Bowlero Corp continues to expand into new entertainment verticals, we recognise the need for a brand that reflects the full scope of our offerings. This positions the company to embrace a more diverse range of experiences and firmly establishes our future, furthering our leadership in the entertainment landscape.”
The brand was founded in 1997 and now has more than 13,000 bowling lanes serving 40 million guests per year.
