Bowlero has completed its acquisition of Lucky Strike for US$90m.
As part of the deal, Bowlero has acquired all 14 Lucky Strike bowling centres, which increases the company’s portfolio to 345 centres in 26 states across the US.
Bowlero locations offer a range of attraction including bowling, billiards and other amusements.
The purchase means that Bowlero now has venues in some of the US’ largest cities, including Boston, Denver, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Honolulu.
