Fans of the Incredible Technologies golf game, Golden Tee, during its 2018 World Championship, can now bet on the outcome.
The company has been granted approval by the Nevada Gaming Control Board for licensed Nevada sportsbooks to offer betting on the outcome of the video game competition.
The esports golf tournament will be held in The Orleans Showroom at the Las Vegas hotel resort in conjunction with Boyd Gaming. The Golden Tee, released in 1989, has seen $100m in prize money in online skill-based contents in that time.
