Licensing and branding company Dimensional Branding Group has been acquired by Bay Tek Games.
DBG is San Francisco-based and the reason for the purchase, said Bay Tek, was to elevate its move to a multi-platform entertainment company.
DBG has long experience in the toy, publishing and game environments. It was started by Larry Seidman and John Leonhardt in 2000 and its current and past clients include Whac-a-Mole, Skee-Ball, Sony PlayStation, Angry Birds, King Kong and others.
DBG will now become a division of Bay Tek Games.
