Real estate investment company Amlak has unveiled plans for the Bahrain Marina Development Project, which will include a family entertainment and educational centre.
The project, which will cover an area of 150,000sq.m of the existing Marina Club in Manama, will also include a five-star luxury hotel and serviced apartments, a shopping mall and a recreational waterfront space.
"This stunning development matches our aspiration to convert the existing Marina Club into a world-class facility project and a national landmark," Amlak said in a statement.
Work on the project is to begin by the third quarter of this year.
