A new experience has arrived in Gosport, Hampshire, UK - axe throwing.
Down Range Axe Throwing opened officially on November 18 in the town’s North Cross Street. Ex-servicemen Colin Smith and Ben Davies are behind the venture that has five lanes of axe throwing.
One new twist is that for just £1 extra, the players can fix a photograph of someone they know - and presumably dislike! - to the target.
Staff members give new players an initial induction before they play and also offer the alternative fun of knife-throwing. The location is offering special facilities for groups and private hire.
