Following Hurricane Sally, Premier Rides has sent in a Rapid Response Service Team to provide reopening support to the outdoor park at Owa, near Foley, Alabama, US.

The region between Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida, bore the brunt of the category two storm with widespread wind damage, surge flooding and over 20 inches of rain together with several tornadoes. It was the first hurricane to make landfall in Alabama since Hurricane Ivan in 2004.
The park at Owa contacted the company for help in getting its rides back into service and all 22 rides and attractions were examined for damage. The team also worked with the maintenance crew at the park to perform repairs.
Steve Honeycutt, general manager of the park at OWA said: “I appreciate Premier Rides jumping in to help us out during a very difficult situation, and the promptness in which they responded is nothing short of impressive.”
The park reopened only 16 days after the hurricane and initially, locals enjoyed the rides for free to celebrate the reopening.
