The Astra Gaming Group has announced that it will commence trading as Novomatic UK with immediate effect.
Novomatic UK replaces the Astra Gaming Group as the official holding company with responsibility for Astra Games, Bell-Fruit Games, Empire Games, Extreme Live Gaming, Gamestec, Greentube, Luxury Leisure, Mazooma Interactive Gaming and RLMS Sales.
CEO Zane Mersich said: “The Astra Gaming Group brand has served its purpose well as a means of integrating the Novomatic Group into the UK gaming space. With that integration now complete, we are able to focus our efforts more effectively on taking the group business forward under the auspices of the globally renowned Novomatic brand.”
The launch of the Novomatic UK brand will be followed by the opening of new headquarters in Brentford, London. The new facility will serve as a base in the capital and will incorporate studio space for the company’s live dealer solution specialist, Extreme Live Gaming.
