Dubai’s Amusement Services International will run another of its successful amusement machine management schools this weekend, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

ASI Dubai

ASI ran the first of this type of seminar in January of this year, also in Riyadh, attended by 20 managers from operations in Saudi Arabia. The event was so successful that popular demand has forced the company to run another of its specialist learning sessions this weekend.

A first-day session on maximising income from amusement machines will be followed by a tour to a location for a practical session, followed by a written test. Successful candidates will then receive a certificate.

Prakash Vivekanand, ASI general manager, said: “These sessions are not a case of instructing people on how best to operate games and rides as they are operated in other countries. They are based on our own practical experience of operating throughout the Middle East. They are tailored to fit the region, and that is why they are so successful.”

The company now plans to run further sessions in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), followed by Kuwait, Bahrain and other locations in the region.
