The US market continues to encounter amusement arcades opening and closing in the current pandemic.

Games N'At

The 15th location in the chain of Stars and Strikes, bowling entertainment centres, has just opened and will have an official opening on Saturday at Concord, North Carolina.

It has a 58,000sq.ft arcade, plus tenpin bowling, laser tag, bumper cars and other attractions, plus a restaurant and bar.

On the other hand at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the long-established Games ‘N At arcade will close on Sunday permanently.

On its Facebook page the management said: “We will be going out of business. We’d like to thank everyone who has come in to have a good time over the past 17 years.”

The location was well known for its bring-your-own-beer policy and giving unlimited time on games of which it had a line-up of classics, plus other games such as air hockey and pinball.
