Construction of a new arcade bar, Rec Haus, will begin in Aurora, Illinois, US, once plans are approved by local authorities.
The 8,000sq.ft activity and game bar intends on becoming “your ultimate social playground” with its 35 different games, three skee-ball machines and two shuffleboard tables bringing the fun for potential guests.
Rec Haus’ expansive game list will include pinball, pool, darts, air hockey and foosball, as well as several table games like checkers and hook and ring toss.
The bar will serve 24 local draft beers and a variety of signature cocktails. Guests who are not looking to play games will be able to watch sports and relax on one of the bar’s 25 TVs that will be included in the venue.
Rec Haus’ initial plans don’t name an exact opening date, but the venue is slated to open in the spring of 2025.
