Arcade bar helps overturn state’s curfew

An arcade bar in Arizona, US, has helped to overturn a 10pm curfew.

The Cobra in Tucson was one of a number of businesses in Pima County to win a preliminary injunction that overturned the government’s curfew order.

The local superior court decided: “Because the court finds the resolution is not statutorily authorised and violates the governor’s executive order and that the plaintiffs have demonstrated the possibility of harm, the court finds the plaintiffs are entitled to relief.”
