Allen Weisberg, Apple Industries CEO, said: “AJ’s extensive portfolio in product design, strategic content, and marketing speaks volumes about his creative leadership.

"His success in driving user engagement and revenue growth aligns perfectly with our vision for advancing our products and market presence. He possesses all the qualities we were looking for in a co-author for our next exciting chapter.”

Russo joined the amusement industry in 1999, serving as a game designer for Merit Industries and its Megatouch brand. He later became the company’s first creative director before its merger with Rowe International, soon thereafter leading the creation of the AMI Entertainment Network corporate identity.

He went on to become the youngest member of AMI’s executive team, while additionally playing a leadership role in the user experience design of the AMI Music app and various other products.

Russo said: “It’s impossible not to be energised by the design excellence and ability that Apple has shown to attract brand partners like Disney, Marvel, NASCAR, and more. Its future is one that I’m extremely excited to help shape.”
