There are three projects in the pipeline for Magic Island of Bahrain.
The first to be opened is for the Ramli Mall in the A’ali area of the Kingdom, said chief operating officer Sami Chahine. Magic Island is the FEC operating brand for Seef Properties, the shopping mall developer and operator based at Bahrain.
In the case of the Ramli Mall, however, it is a property which is not owned by Seef. Ramli should be up and running by July of this year. "We have started work on the project," said Chahine. "We have placed orders for equipment and the themeing work has begun." He said that the project is on the first floor of the mall, at the juncture of the escalators which take visitors up to the food court.
The other two locations, he said, were also going to be in Bahrain and all would be within easy reach of King Fahad’s Causeway, the bridge which connects the Kingdom of Bahrain with its huge neighbour, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The two other Magic Island locations on the horizon are at Isa Town and Sar, both in Bahrain.
