AMI Entertainment of the US has had a corporate restructuring that creates two divisions - one focused on music and television products and the other focused on games/gaming and change machines.

The company has also announced plans to increase manufacturing capacity in Texas and close operations in Mexico.
"AMI is either the market leader or the fastest growing company in every key market we serve," said Mike Maas, AMI's CEO. "To accelerate, we need to be highly focused and properly resourced in each sector in order to meet customer needs. This restructuring will accomplish this."
The music division, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and with offices in Chicago, Illinois, and Bristol, Pennsylvania, is tasked with continuing the company's explosive growth in digital jukeboxes while maintaining the high quality of product and service that customers expect from AMI.
The Megatouch Division, based in Bristol, Pennsylvania, will continue to evolve the Megatouch Live platform and its flagship ML-1 countertop terminal, while providing full support for legacy systems with software updates and Tournamaxx.
Games Warehouse, the UK-based world leader in SWP games, remains within this division and offers both Prize Farm and AWP opportunities for US markets.
AMI also announced that it will be closing its Mexico manufacturing facility and expanding its production facility, warehousing and shipping operations in McAllen, Texas. "Reynosa was fantastic for us," explained Maas. "The quality, efficiency and teamwork were top-notch. But as our product designs enhance and evolve, so must our supply chain."
