Following the disqualification of two directors and their wives from distributors AMG Leisure, a new company was formed this week.

The AMG partnership of Mark Sowray and Alexander Auckland gave undertakings, together with their wives, not to hold directorships or control a company until June 17, 2027. Their company, in Ripon, Yorkshire, England, went bust in 2014 owing nearly £1.2m.
AMG Leisure (UK) this week had its name changed to UK Gaming Solutions, with offices at Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The directors of the new company are listed as Carl Bearman, Francis Auckland and Tony Bowman.
