The new mini-golf course is being built on Upton Country Park, in Poole, Dorset with construction beginning this March, reports the Bournemouth Echo.

A spokesman for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council said: "We are delighted to confirm the delivery of a new nine-hole adventure golf course at Upton Park for 2023. The course is being delivered by Upton Adventure Golf Ltd and should be open and operational by Easter.

“The ‘British Wildlife’ themed golf will be located in the activity space near the Education Centre and is intended to compliment the beautiful natural surroundings of the park.

“We are confident that this addition will enhance what is already an outstanding visitor experience at Upton.”

The park is intended to be suitable for all ages, with children aged three and under permitted to play for free. Entry is £3 per person, and £2 for a second round.

News of the park's upcoming course follows the recent announcement of a £3m Flip Out and Putt Putt Noodle adventure complex in Poole.
