A&A Global Industries in the US has announced that it has acquired HMS Monaco, a supplier of merchandise for redemption games.
HMS Monaco is located in New Jersey and is run by its founder, Ira Erstling, who will now join A&A as product manager for the HMS division.
In a statement, Erstling said: “The timing is perfect to join A&A where we can expand our product lines and services to HMS customers. This is not the end of HMS, just the launch-pad of a new future.”
A&A is located in Baltimore, Maryland, where co-president Brian Kovens said: “The opportunity for merging the natural synergies makes a win-win for both of us.”
