A new CEO has been appointed at Spanish manufacturer and operator R Franco.
Pedro Melendo Derqui joined the group on July 1. He has a degree in managing and marketing from ESIC Business and Marketing School and a programme leadership development degree from IESE.
He has wide experience in different industries over the past 20 years in senior management positions; the companies include Sogecable, Trans TV, ASM of the Agbar Group and for the past eight years he has been general manager at the Norte Facility Group, involved at both national and international levels.
The company said that Melendo’s appointment was to strengthen the international strategy and leadership of the company.
