A new playground for the city of Reading, England will be opening ahead of schedule.
The play area at Prospect Park will open from Thursday 23 March, according to Get Reading, having previously planned for a summer opening date.
It will feature multiple new themed zones, swings, a zip wire, two climbing towers and a roundabout. A play centre is also opening as part of the development, featuring mini-golf, low ropes and a climbing wall.
The playground provides a range of facilities to cater for children of all ages and abilities by offering a variety of challenge levels.
It has been designed to allow children to be challenged physically as well as letting their creativity flourish while the location and surfaces of the new play area have been chosen to ensure the best accessibility for families using pushchairs or mobility aids.
