After the successful installation of the Sacoa Playcard System at the first Santikos Theatres venue, The Palladium AVX in Richmond, Texas, the Argentinian system is currently being deployed at five other locations across the US state.
As in the first Santikos Theatre, Sacoa will be deploying its All-in-One ColorShot HDT readers, with full HD 3.5ins touchscreen display and Dual Head Magnetic Stripe reader on all games. All locations will take advantage of Sacoa’s unattended kiosks for the sale and recharge of Playcards. With automatic roaming feature, guests will be able to use the same Santikos card at any theatre.
“The card swipers look great and the kiosk interfaces are easy to use,” said Dan Fonseca, Santikos’ gaming manager in charge of the company’s amusement expansion at all properties. “There are several options available to you in regards to reporting, which is what I like the most about the system. You can break the daily operation down into as much or little detail as you want. In the event there is something you need that isn’t immediately available, the teams in Argentina and the US have really done their best to ensure that you get the reporting desired.”
“We are so proud that Santikos has decided to use our PlayCard throughout their locations,” said Sacoa’s Brian Duke. “I was very impressed with their whole operation; everything is on such a grand scale and some of the locations are more like a full FEC with even bowling, restaurants and specialty treats.”
