Shane Murphy, owner of K-Bowl Kilkenny, tells InterGame how leaving an impression and building lasting relationships are keys to unlocking success.

SINCE opening in 2007, K-Bowl KK, located on the outskirts of County Kilkenny in Ireland, has found a fair share of struggles with its disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the local city centre.

Citing a focus on leaving an impression on guests and having to “keep on top” of word of mouth, owner Shane Murphy believes a friendly workforce, good relationships with local businesses and a hot pink brand colour is how K-Bowl sets itself apart.
