EXERCISE is good for our physical and mental wellbeing, we all know that. But it’s not always that much fun, especially for those of us who are “gymaphobes,” it’s more of a chore than a pleasure - too much like hard work.

That may explain the growing trend of combining fitness with fun - some call it exertainment, some call it exergaming or even gamercise. None of the terms exactly trip off the tongue but whatever you want to call it, it is a concept that is growing in popularity. And a good thing too – what’s not to like about having fun while improving your health and fitness, after all they are not always two things in life that always go together.
