A follow-up licence to broker lotteries in Germany for its subsidiary, Lotto24, has been granted to Zeal Network.

The licence enables the company to sell lottery products across Germany beyond the end of June, 2022, to fit in with the new German State Gambling Treaty. The licence is valid for seven years.
It is the first issued under the new law that came into force on July 1 last year. The previous licence for Lotto24 was dated July 26, 2017, and was extended to the end of next month, timed to meet the new release date.
Zeal Network is a major supplier of lotteries on the internet through Lotto24 and Tipp24. It was founded in Germany in 1999 as a lottery broker under the Tipp24 name.
