WMS Gaming has reached an agreement with HCL Technologies, India's leading global IT services provider with extensive experience in the gaming industry and a Microsoft Gold certified provider, to develop a customer relationship management technology solution for casino operators on the award-winning Microsoft Dynamics platform.
This new WMS CRM technology is the next step in WMS’ Casino Evolved vision that encompasses the company’s four WAGE-NET platform technologies: Remote Configuration and Download, Account Based Wagering, Networked Gaming Enablement and Patron Services.
“This partnership with HCL specifically addresses WMS’ Patron Services solutions platform in providing casino operators with proven CRM modules, business intelligence and analytics that will integrate marketing reinvestment offers with the gaming experience itself,” said the company.
