WMS continues to gain market share in Spain with installations at two of Spain's newest casino, Grand Casino Costa Brava and Casino de Valencia.

The new placements reflect WMS’ commitment to Player Driven Innovation, as the company continues to develop games and platforms that provide some of the industry’s most exciting entertainment experiences.

"Our ability to gain growing share in international markets is a testament to the terrific entertainment experiences our game developers and engineers continue to produce as a result of our culture of innovation," said Sebastian Salat, president of WMS International.

Almost all of the new WMS games placed in the Grand Casino Costa Brava and Casino de Valencia are offered on the networked-enabled, next-generation Bluebird2 cabinet and reflect a broad mix of some of the company’s most popular video reel offerings, including Spinning Streak, which offers players the ability to hold winning symbols and try for more on the same spin, and Lucky Penny, a five-reel video bonus bank powered by the company’s next generation CPU-NXT2 platform to deliver state of the art real-time 3D graphics and featuring WMS’ unique Advanced Random Intelligence Algorithm technology.

In addition, the order included the newest games in WMS’ Cascading Reels series of Innovation games,Jackpot Party Progressive, a local area progressive featuring four progressive jackpot meters and the highly-popular Jackpot Party brand and bonus and the new G+ five-reel mechanical reel series and Hot Hot Super Respin five-reel video series.

"With a growing number of regions in Spain revising their gaming regulations, including removing certain maximum wagering limits, our products are increasingly seen by operators as providing a significantly high return on investment," said Salat. "We believe the growing popularity of our products with players and casino operators, combined with further changes to gaming laws in various Spanish jurisdictions, will result in a steadily increasing number of WMS games across Spain."
