WMS Gaming has acquired Austrian based company, Systems in Progress (SiP) as part of the company's ongoing plans to expand its global footprint.
SiP was founded in August 2004 and is focused on developing and selling gaming systems, including linked progressive systems and slot accounting systems geared towards casino operators.
Sebastian Salat, vice president and managing director of WMS International, said: "Now, with the SiP acquisition coupled with the addition of Orion Gaming last year, we will be able to offer a fully integrated solution including proven online casino systems and jackpot systems."
